If you need extra parking, but don’t want to have a “sea” of black-top or concrete, think about adding permeable pavers like we did here on a project in Lexington, KY. It allows grass to grow which looks like a normal lawn from the house, allows rainwater to drain instead of creating run-off and is great for parking extra cars when you are having a party or event. We got these from our good friends at Meade Concrete in Lexington. They make them and can be shipped anywhere. We decided to stain ours so that they look darker and more organic. Don’t they look amazing?
