Asa Blanchard was a very famous silversmith in Kentucky during the 1700’s. Folks would ride in on horseback with their silver coin and have him melt them down into his bourbon breakers, which he became famous for.
This entire line is inspired by that original silhouette of the Kentucky bourbon barrel breaker.
