General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Jon Carloftis Fine
Gardens within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original
packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a
result
of our error.

Partial Refunds
- Jon Carloftis Fine Gardens does not issue Partial Refunds
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that returned more than 30 days after
delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may do so.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one please return the original item by contacting Jon Carloftis Fine Gardens (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we
receive
the item - assuming that it has been fewer than 30 days since the date of
delivery) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.
You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once
John Carloftis Fine Gardens receives them.
Shipping
After you have contacted Jon Carloftis Fine
Gardens Carloftis Fine Gardens and decide to return your product (and it is
determined that the return is the result of our error), we will provide you
with a mailing account number through UPS. Simply use the account number we
provide and ship us your defective product.
If you use this mailing account number and the
return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item,
etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
If, after we receive your return, it is
determined
that your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that
returned item will be deducted from your refund.
The amount deducted will be equivalent to
our
standard shipping cost for that item.

Holiday Returns
We understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so
we have extended our returns period for the holidays.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the subsequent year for
a full refund, subject to our other returns guidelines.
Personalized Items
Jon Carloftis Fine Gardens cannot issue a refund on personalized items.
